By accessing or using Jurix, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. Lawyers and legal professionals must hold valid credentials and complete verification before offering services.

03Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

04Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Jurix for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Misrepresent your identity or credentials.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security.
• Scrape, copy or misuse platform content or other users' data.

05Nature of Services

Jurix is a technology platform that connects users with independent, verified legal professionals. Jurix is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Any lawyer–client relationship is between you and the professional you engage. AI assistance is informational only and is not a substitute for professional legal advice. Jurix does not advertise, solicit, rank or rate advocates; lawyer information is presented on a passive, informational basis only, and advocates remain bound by Bar Council of India norms. There has been no solicitation, advertisement or inducement inviting you to use the platform — you access it of your own accord and for informational purposes.

06Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans and service fees are billed as described at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Taxes apply as per Indian law.

07Intellectual Property

The Jurix platform, brand, and content are owned by Jurix and protected by law. You retain ownership of documents and content you upload, and grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the service.

08Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time from settings.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jurix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts, advice or outcomes of independent professionals engaged through the platform. The service is provided “as is”.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

11Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
