Leadership

The minds behind JuriX.

Leadership profiles of the founders shaping a clearer, faster, and more humane future for legal services.

Leadership at Jurix

Two leaders,
one origin.

JuriX was not born in a moment of opportunity. It was planned over years — by two minds who came together during their university studies, drawn by a shared heritage in law and a shared conviction that legal help in India could be made clearer, faster, and more dignified.

Theirs is a family in which the law was never merely a profession. Across generations, their forebears stood at the bar — advocates for whom argument, counsel, and the defence of others were a way of life. That inheritance gave both women an early, unsentimental understanding of where the legal system serves people well, and where it leaves them lost.

Their ambition was always global, and always sequenced. First grounded in India — building depth, trust, and proven impact at home — before extending to the UAE and, in time, the United States. It is a plan measured in decades, not quarters.

Ayesha Parveen, Managing Director

Justice begins with understanding.

Managing Director

Ayesha Parveen

A reformer building a more humane legal system — where access to justice is measured in clarity, not confusion.

Ayesha Parveen stands at the forefront of legal transformation in India, leading JuriX with a bold vision centred on clarity, speed, dignity, and universal access. As Managing Director, she is widely recognised as a reformer who challenges the long-standing inefficiencies of the legal system — and who insists that technology must elevate the human experience, never complicate it.

Her relationship with the law did not begin in a boardroom; it began at home. Ayesha comes from a lineage in which the practice of law spanned generations, where advocacy was a calling rather than a career. The idea that would become JuriX took root during her university years, where — planning side by side with Neha Parveen as both completed their graduation — she began to design, methodically and ambitiously, a different kind of legal institution.

Her leadership is driven by a single belief: that justice begins with understanding. Where others see process, she sees the person waiting on the other side of it. Her vision for JuriX is deliberately global and deliberately staged — establishing trust at home in India before extending to the UAE and, ultimately, the United States.

Neha Parveen, Finance Director

Vision without structure is only a wish.

Finance Director

Neha Parveen

The architect who turns vision into structure — pairing financial discipline with a deeply human sense of purpose.

Neha Parveen is a driving force behind JuriX’s commitment to transforming how legal services are delivered and experienced in India. As Finance Director and a core leader within the organisation, she is recognised for her ability to translate vision into structure — bringing clarity, operational strength, and genuine human sensitivity to every layer of the ecosystem.

Like the institution she helps lead, Neha’s path was set early. She shares the family heritage of advocacy that runs through generations — a lineage in which the law was lived, argued, and honoured at the bar. It was during her university years, planning alongside Ayesha Parveen, that the blueprint for JuriX took shape: not a sudden venture, but a long and deliberate act of building.

A reformer at heart, Neha advocates for simplicity, transparency, and dignity in every user journey. As custodian of JuriX’s financial and operational foundations, she ensures the company’s defining values are sustainable, lived realities — stewarding a staged expansion grounded first in India, then reaching toward the UAE and the United States.
